The property is situated in a pleasant district of luxury villas about 2k south west of the hill village of Mougins, which is world famous for its gastronomy and is reputed to have 40 restaurants. The village is lively by day and night with cafés on the square and many art galleries and exhibitions. There are good local shops including a boulangerie within about 2k and the nearest supermarket is about 3k. There are several golf courses within a few minutes drive and tennis courts are 3k. Besides Mougins itself, there are many interesting villages within a short distance of the property such as 16th century Valbonne with its village square surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and excellent little shops.
