A new group of five villas sharing a heated pool, on the outskirts of the very pretty little village of Aureille, on the south side of the Alpilles Natural Park in Provence. Just 600m from the village centre with magnificent scenery and walks right on the doorstep.

The villa (80m²) is on 2 levels and is decorated in contemporary style with marble floors. It is very comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Air conditioning.

Ground floor: A modern, integrated, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, washer, dishwasher, ironing board and iron). Living room with dining area, double sofa bed and flat screen TV, Wi-Fi. Separate toilet.

First floor: Bedroom (11m²) with double bed 160cm, ensuite shower room with Italian shower and handbasin. Bedroom (11m²) with two single beds 80cm, ensuite shower room with Italian shower and handbasin. Separate toilet.

Outside: Private terrace with a dining table and 6 chairs.Shared enclosed garden with olive trees, pines, lavender, thyme. Table tennis. Exceptional view of the Alpilles.

A pleasant shared pool, heated from May to the end of October (17m x7m x 1.50mdeep, protected by an enclosed wall, step access to the pool. Sun loungers.- Pool house equipped with dining table, refrigerator, BBQ and pizza oven. Private parking.

Notes: End of stay cleaning fee: 50€. Sheets, kitchen towels, table cloth and towels and bath towels not included - rental €15/person. Electricity by meter (c30€/week) Pets accepted upon request only. Baby equipment upon request. Air conditioning on landing/stairs.
