This contemporary house overlooks the sea near the picturesque village of Locquirec (see photos below). Locquirec is situated on a peninsula between the Bay of Morlaix and the Pink Granite coast; the coast here is unspoilt and beautiful. The property was built in 2003 and is newly decorated and comfortably furnished. It has been designed to maximise the views and the living room has four large windows making it a very light and pleasant room. The property has a very large enclosed garden, 2700m², which is mostly grass with some flower beds, and there is plenty of parking space. There is garden furniture and a barbecue for outdoor meals. Our photographs do not do justice to the superb location of this property. |

Accommodation
There is a spacious open-plan living room which has comfortable seating, a dining area and a television. The kitchen area is well-equipped and separated from the living area by a counter bar. There is a dishwasher, cooker, microwave and conventional oven, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle. There is also a washing machine and fridge-freezer. The house has three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a double bed, 140cm, and is on the ground floor. There is also a large bathroom with a bath with shower fixed over it, two basins and separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a double bed, 140cm, and the third room has two single single beds. There is a shower room with large shower and WC. Although there are beds for six people the owners prefer to let to a maximum of four.

Situation
Locquirec is an easy drive from Roscoff, about 40km. It is a picturesque seaside town with an attractive harbour, some good restaurants and cafés, art galleries and beautiful beaches. The property is situated about 1.5km from the village centre. (This is a good area for cycling). The nearest beach is 200m and it is a fine sandy beach called la Plage des Sables. There is also a restaurant overlooking this beach. The historic towns of Morlaix and Lannion are about 20km.
Linen and terms
Linen is provided. Normal consumption of electricity is included. 10m³ of water per week is included. Heating is extra when necessary. Refundable damage deposit EUR 450, cash, refunded 48 hours after the holiday. Final clean EUR 40(compulsory).
