This spacious modern holiday villa is in a superb position, a short walk from a beautiful sandy beach (see photo top right). The house is semi-detached and is the right hand part of our first photo above. The garden has a large lawn and there is a terrace with portable barbecue and garden furniture for outdoor meals. There is a garage and plenty of parking on the wide driveway that leads to the property. The house is new, very well equipped, and attractively furnished in contemporary style. It has large windows making the most of the sea view and creating a light and airy atmosphere. We highly recommend this property: it is immaculate inside and is in a beautiful area. |

Accommodation
There is a spacious open-plan L-shaped living room with dining area, comfortable seating, satellite television, CD, video and DVD player. French windows lead to the terrace. Off the living room there is another sitting area with sofa bed which may be used if people don’t want to share a bedroom, but the owners don’t want more than 6 people staying at the property at a time. The kitchen area is very attractive and well equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and electric kettle. There is also a washing machine. There is a downstairs shower room and there is a separate WC. Upstairs there are three bedrooms each with twin beds. A cot is available. One of the bedrooms has a private east-facing balcony. There is an attractive bathroom with bath, shower and WC. The house has electric heating.

Situation
Plestin-les-Greves is between the historic towns of Morlaix and Lannion, both are about 20km. The house is situated on the Corniche de l’Armorique, about 4.5km from the centre of Plestin. Plestin has shops, restaurants, tennis courts, bike hire and it is also possible to hire sailboards and surfboards. There is also an excellent Sunday market. The nearest restaurant is at Le Doubon, 2.5km. The nearest sandy beach is only 200m. There are many other beaches within a short drive e.g. on the Locquirec peninsula about 5 minutes, and the resorts of the beautiful Pink Granite Coast such as Trébeurden, Trégastel and Perros Guirec are within half an hour’s drive. (Perros Guirec holds the prestigious ‘Kid Station’ Award, based on activities and facilities available, safety and general quality of welcome for children aged 3 - 12 and their families). Locquirec also has some great restaurants over looking the harbour. It is an easy drive from Roscoff, about 50km. It is about an hour from Brest airport.
Linen and terms
Bed linen and towels are provided but please take beach towels. Electricity is extra EUR 0.2 per kWh. Taxe de séjour EUR 0.3 –0.6 (local tax) per adult per day is payable locally. Refundable damage deposit EUR 300, cash. Final cleaning charge if not left clean, EUR 60. Sorry no pets and no smoking at this property.
