This little house is situated on the edge of Villelaure, a small village to the south of the Lubéron Hills. The house is new and was built a couple of years ago using good quality local tiles and materials. A lockable gate leads to the beautiful swimming pool area and garden shared with the very nice French owners. At one end of the pool is an attractive pool house with a summer kitchen which has a hob, sink, fridge, barbecue and summer dining area. There are also loungers for sunbathing by the pool, an outdoor shower and a boules pitch. The house also has a private south-facing terrace overlooking fields which is a real suntrap. The property has its own entrance and driveway with plenty of parking space.
The interior is prettily decorated and attractively furnished with style and charm. We think this pretty little house is in a great position for exploring many beautiful villages of the Lubéron Hills such as Lourmarin, Cucuron and Ansouis.

Accommodation
A couple of steps lead up to the property and then the accommodation is all on one level. There is an attractive open-plan living room with dining area, and a sofa and a television. The kitchen area is well equipped with a 4-ring hob, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and electric kettle. The house has two bedrooms each with a double bed, 140cm. There is an attractive shower room with a washbasin and a separate W.C. The house has electric heating. A cot is available upon request.

Situation
The property is situated about 500m from an excellent boulangerie and general store. Villelaure has a couple of other small shops but there is greater choice of shops and restaurants in nearby Cadenet, 5km. There isn’t a restaurant in the village of Villelaure but there is an excellent ferme-auberge about 700m walk from the house. Pertuis is a larger town about 7km; it has a big supermarket and some nice restaurants. The attractive cultural town of Aix-en-Provence is about 25km. Aix is a lively town, one of our favourite towns in France. It has a great choice of cafés and restaurants, elegant shops and wonderful street markets.
Linen and terms
Linen may be hired from the owner at a supplement of EUR 12 per person for bed linen and towels. Refundable damage deposit EUR 300 cash. Electricity is included. Heating is extra when necessary. Final clean EUR 30, compulsory.
