This superb Provence house is situated on a wooded hillside about 2km from the picturesque medieval village of Mougins with its ancient houses and narrow streets. It is in a secluded position, the last property at the top of a winding country lane (about 700m). There is a beautiful, private garden with several places to sit out among the olive trees and enjoy the lovely views. There is a large poolhouse with built-in barbecue and garden furniture. It is a difficult house to photograph and our picture only shows one part of the house. Part of the garden is terraced and care is needed on some of the steps. The property offers a high standard of comfort and is tastefully furnished. The accommodation is spacious and the house has been designed to make the most of the Mediterranean climate having French windows leading onto a large shaded terrace for outdoor meals. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms. |

Accommodation
The spacious living room is attractively furnished and has a wonderful light, airy atmosphere. There is a large television with one or two English channels, a video and a CD player. There is a separate dining room. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, built in electric oven and gas hob. There is also a washing machine in the basement. There is a W.C. on the ground floor. From the sitting room, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor where there is a bedroom with a wide double bed, 160cm, and its own bathroom with bath, hand-held shower, bidet and basin. This room also has a shower room and W.C. In the hall another staircase (open on one side) leads up to the two other bedrooms one has twin beds which may be made up as a wide double bed; this room has a washbasin and a bidet. The third bedroom is a small room with a narrow double bed, 120cm. Next to these bedrooms there is a shower room and W.C. Although there are beds for six, the owner prefers to let to a maximum of five people. All the windows have anti-mosquito screens.

Situation
The house is conveniently situated in the country, to the north of Mougins, but with easy access to Antibes, Juan les Pins and Cannes. There is a boulangerie and a supermarket about 1.2km and the nearest restaurant is about 2km. There is a little market with local produce and bread every morning about 800m. The village of Mougins is lively in the evening with open air restaurants on the village square, irresistible to lovers of good food and wine. The beaches and the famous Croisette at Cannes and the other sophisticated resorts of the Côte d'Azur are easily accessible. The centre of Cannes is about 10km and the beach is also 10km. Nice airport is about 25 minutes drive. There are four golf courses in the area, one about 1km away

Bed linen and towels are provided. Refundable damage deposit EUR 450 cash. Electricity is extra.
