This beautiful contemporary Provençal house is in a splendid position, 6km from Cannes but on a wooded hillside away from all the bustle of the town. This is a top quality house, comfortably furnished and well equipped. It has lots of charm, and the furnishings and décor reflect the good taste of the owners. There are sea views from most of the rooms. There is an attractive enclosed garden, 1200m², with boules pitch, automatic electronic gateway and covered car parking space. There is a pool house with summer kitchen, barbecue, shower and W.C. |

Accommodation
This is on two floors. There is a spacious living room, 40m², which opens on to a covered terrace. There is a television, a DVD player and a hi-fi system. The kitchen is separate and is attractively fitted. It is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, 4-ring mixed hob, electric oven and microwave. There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed. One room is on the ground floor and has a king size bed 160cm, and the other two are 140cm and 130cm. The king size bed has adjustable mattresses. There are three pretty bathrooms, two with a shower and one with a bath and a shower. There are three W.C.s plus the one in the poolhouse.

Situation
The house is situated about 1.5km above the centre of Mandelieu. Mandelieu has a good selection of restaurants and shops, including a supermarket and a boulangerie. The nearest restaurant is 1.8km. There are tennis courts and a golf course 2km. The nearest sandy beach is at Mandelieu la Napoule about 3km. From Mandelieu into Cannes there is a succession of sandy beaches with attractive cafés and restaurants on the beach. The famous Croisette at Cannes is 6km and the other sophisticated resorts of the Côte d'Azur, such as Juan les Pins and Antibes are easily accessible. A little further inland behind Mandelieu are the pretty, old villages of Auribeau and Tanneron which are perched above the mimosa covered hillsides. Mandelieu is about 15km from the Lac de St. Cassien which is excellent for watersports. Nice airport is about 30 minutes drive.
