These delightful holiday apartments are in a Provençal country house with extensive grounds in a secluded rural setting. They share a lovely heated swimming pool which has wide gentle steps making access easy for non-swimmers; the pool has a security alarm but children still need supervision round the pool area. The five apartments have been beautifully decorated and they are furnished in colourful Provençal style; full use has been made of local materials creating a bright and cheerful atmosphere. They are well equipped and provide a top quality standard of holiday accommodation. Each apartment has its own private terrace with garden furniture. There is plenty of parking within the property and there is also a barbecue, a ping pong table and a laundry room; free Wi-Fi access is available. The charming French owners give a warm welcome and enjoy sharing their local knowledge to ensure tenants make the most of their stay. |

C155B Sarriette. Sleeps 4-6: There is an open-plan living room with television, dining area and fitted kitchen. This has a 4-ring electric hob, small oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and kettle. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There is a shower room and W.C. There is a shower room and W.C. There is a sofa in the living room which can be converted into twin beds or a double bed.
C155C Ciboulette. Sleeps 4-6: There is an open-plan living room with television, dining area and fitted kitchen. It has a 4-ring electric hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and kettle. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. There are two shower rooms and one W.C. There is a sofa in the living room which can be converted into twin beds or a double bed.
C155D Olivette. Sleeps 4-6: There is an open-plan living room with television, dining area and fitted kitchen. It has a 4 ring electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and kettle. C155E Aneth. Sleeps 2: This is a studio apartment with an open-plan living room with television, dining area and fitted kitchen. This has a 2-ring hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and kettle. There is a double bed at one end of the living room, and there is a shower and W.C. A cot is available for a child up to 3 years

Situation
The property is situated about 1.5km from the small village of Saint-Paul-en-Forêt where there is a boulangerie, a couple of other small shops, a bistro, a restaurant and some tennis courts. It is 7km from the pretty little town of Fayence, famous for its pottery. Fayence also has some good restaurants and shops and a colourful market. There is a horse riding centre 300m from the property and this is a great area for riding as there are trails through the forest. The region is also well served with way-marked paths and cycling trails. There are many golf courses in the area including the prestigious Terre Blanche at Tourettes, 5km. Another pleasurable activity is wine-tasting at the many excellent vineyards of the Var. There are wonderful ancient hilltop villages to visit including nearby Bagnols-en-Foret with its spectacular scenery, and, a bit further a field are the dramatic Verdon Gorges. The beautiful Estérel coast with the sandy beaches of St Raphael and Fréjus is about 25km; the beaches of Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins are about 35km. There is also a large lake at St Cassien, about 12km, which is ideal for windsurfing and bathing.

Refundable damage deposit EUR 500, cash. Electricity is included. Final clean is included. Linen is available for hire, EUR 30 per person. Pool heated from May to September. Sorry no pets. Babysitting may be arranged upon request. There is WIFI for those who want to take their lap-tops.
