This spacious holiday villa is in a superb position, very close to the beach at Pentrez at the southern entrance to the Crozon peninsula. The property stands in a large enclosed garden, 2500mē, mostly grass and mature trees. There is a very pleasant large conservatory with lovely views overlooking the garden. Inside, the house is comfortably furnished and well equipped to good holiday home standard. We think this is a very appealing location, a short walk to the beach and in a fascinating area with many nearby villages and seaside resorts to explore. |

Accommodation
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable seating, television, DVD player, wood burning stove and dining area. The kitchen is separate and well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Also on this floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room with W.C. Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms, each with a double bed, and there are two single beds which may be put in the bedrooms if required. There is a bathroom with bath and W.C.

Situation
The property is 500m from Pentrez Plage which is a magnificent sandy beach on the Baie of Douarnenez. This is a beach with something for everyone: rock pools, surf, and shallow areas for small children, plenty of space to play football. The nearest place for shops and restaurants is the little town of Plomodiern which is 2.5km. It has an attractive town square and good local facilities including a market on Friday mornings. This region is renowned for its unspoilt coastline and sandy beaches, and it is great for walks along the cliff tops such as the coastal path from Pentrez to Saint Nic. The Crozon peninsula itself is well worth exploring with its picturesque seaside resorts such as Morgat and Camaret. There are many sporting activities available locally such as hang gliding, sailing, boat trips, wind surfing, body boarding. Plomodiern is next to Menez Hom which is 330m high and has a magnificent panorama over the surrounding countryside and the coast. The property is about 30 minutes from Brest, about an hour and a quarter from Roscoff and three hours from St Malo.
Linen and terms
Refundable damage deposit EUR 200. Linen is not provided. Reduction in price if occupied by 8 people or less. A normal consumption of electricity is included but heating is extra out of season.
