This is a top quality villa in an excellent location. The house is situated just off a minor road which leads to the superb beach at Begmeil, see photo above, and a couple of minutes drive from the lively little town of Fouesnant. It has a pleasant garden (not enclosed), mostly lawn, with garden furniture, a barbecue and parking in the driveway. The interior is very spacious and light, and is attractively furnished in contemporary style. We think this would be an ideal house for two families spending a holiday together.

Accommodation
There is an open-plan living room with dining area with large table, comfortable seating and television. This is a very pleasant light room with two sets of French windows opening onto the garden. The kitchen is separated from the living area by a counter bar; it is very well equipped with a modern cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine and a drier in the garage. Bedroom one is on the ground floor and has a double bed and an en suite shower room. There is a separate W.C. Upstairs there is a reading area with comfortable seating. Bedroom two has a wide double bed; bedroom three has a double bed and a single bed; bedroom four a single bed. There is a very attractive bathroom with corner bath with shower over it, and W.C. The house is available all year round and has electric heating.

Situation
The house is 2km from Fouesnant which has a good range of shops and restaurants. It is about 3km to the beautiful sandy beach at Begmeil which has a children’s club. There are many activities available nearby including water sports, canoeing, diving, tennis, horse riding and golf. There is a large indoor water park, Les Balnéides, at Fouesnant. The property is about 10km from the chic resort of Benodet, 14km from Concarneau famous for its ville close or walled city, and 20km from Quimper, a beautiful cultural town. This is a good area for cycling and many of the roads have cycle lanes. Bicycle hire can be arranged if requested in advance.
Linen and terms
Refundable damage deposit EUR 200, cash. Final clean, EUR 50, compulsory. Bed linen (but not towels) may be hired EUR 12 per bed. Supplement for electric heating. Babysitting may be arranged if requested in advance. A cot and high chair are available for hire. Outside July and August there is a reduction in price if the house is occupied by 4 people or less.
