This modern semi-detached house is situated about 300m from the big sandy beach at Fort Bloqué, see photo below. The house stands in a small enclosed garden which is mostly level grass. There is garden furniture for outdoor meals and a barbecue. There is also a garage. The interior of the house is newly painted and this is a well-equipped holiday house in an excellent position for a beach holiday.

Accommodation
There is a living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa, television, and French windows leading to the garden. The kitchen is separate and is modern and well-equipped. It has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher and electric kettle. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with a double bed (140cm) and one with twin beds. There is a bathroom with bath, hand-held shower and W.C. There is another separate W.C. A cot and high chair are available upon request. The house has oil fired central heating.

Situation
The house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the edge of the village of Fort Bloqué. Fort Bloqué is between Guidel Plage and Larmor Plage, to the west of Lorient. This stretch of coast is a series of big sandy beaches. There is a restaurant, a supermarket and a boulangerie within 500m of the house. The nearest beach is an easy 300m walk. It is excellent for surfing. The nearest town is Ploemeur, 5km. This is a picturesque little place which has good facilities including the Centre Oceanis which is a big complex of swimming pools, slides and long "toboggan" runs. There is an excellent 18-hole golf course overlooking the sea about 4km, and tennis courts 5km. Other places to visit in the area include Le Pouldu, a pretty resort, with picturesque sandy coves which is about 20km; Pont Aven, famous for its art galleries, which is about 20km and Quimperlé, a quaint little town with half timber buildings in a riverside setting.

Linen and terms
Linen may be hired from the owner, EUR 14 per person per week. Refundable damage deposit EUR 300 cash. Electricity and water are included. Heating is extra when needed. Sorry no pets.
