We are always interested in adding new properties to our portfolio. If you would like us to handle your lettings for you, in the first instance, please send us a brief description of your property with some photos which we would scan and return to you if required.

We have local agents in Provence, Côte d'Azur and Brittany, and if your house looks suitable, we would arrange for the local agent to go and visit your property. She would agree prices, take photographs, go through the contract with you and give you advice on preparing the house for letting. Please note that our agents don't do the changeovers and you would need to have an arrangement with someone local to come and clean the property and welcome the guests, if you aren't able to do this yourself. We do not usually take on houses outside the areas where we have a local agent.

We cater for a wide range of tastes and budgets but like all our properties to have a certain charm. Please bear the following notes in mind:
If your house is in Brittany it would need to be within a 5 minute drive of the coast unless it has access to a swimming pool.
In the south of France, we don't take on properties without access to a swimming pool unless they are within 5 miles of the coast.
If you have an apartment it must either have a balcony or access to a garden and it must have a separate bedroom as we have very few requests for studio apartments.

We would take care of all the advertising for your property, promote it on our website and handle all the booking administration. There is no charge for our services; we add our commission to the agreed net rent.
As we take on new properties throughout the year we are able to obtain bookings for new owners even late in the season.
