About Susan Paradise

We are a small, independent agency for villa holidays in France and have been operating successfully since 1992. Our office is located in rural Devon, near Sidmouth. Our aim is to provide a personal service for the independent holidaymaker; we are not tour operators.
We have detailed knowledge of our houses and of the areas in which they are situated, and would be delighted to discuss them with you.

The key to success for us lies in matching tenants with the right house for the style of holiday they are seeking. If you ring outside office hours and leave a message we will get back to you straight away.

We have about 180 properties on our books ranging from fisherman’s cottages in Brittany, farmhouses in Provence to luxurious villas on the Côte d’Azur. Many of the houses are the owners’ main residence and are therefore equipped to a higher standard of comfort than typical holiday homes.

Some of the properties have swimming pools, some are near the beach and many are in beautiful countryside. All our houses have been carefully chosen and inspected, and we provide detailed descriptions and extensive photos of each of our properties. We hope you enjoy browsing through them.
